		<description><![CDATA[This one is very easy,  too. I bought the Borelli Tortellini on sale at Foodtown and quickly whipped this up.
What you need for 2-3 people:
1 small bag Tortellini
10 brussel sprouts
3 tbs. parm. Cheese.
3 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. dried basil
Black Pepper
Cook the tortellini as directed. Strain. Steam sprouts until edible. Mix everything and enjoy!
